On the last occasion the Board met, rather than holding an ordinary meeting, the opportunity was taken to hold an away-day for the members to clarify their role, objectives and aspirations for the Partnership. Instead of the usual agenda and minutes, a programme for the day's activities was created and the contributions and outcomes are recorded in a full report of the day.
