LAA Performance workshop
The workshop on 20 October proved a useful opportunity for target leads and sponsors to come together to discuss delivery of their targets and learn more about the LAA Performance Management Framework.
The LAA central support hosted a workshop to roll out the LAA performance management framework and discuss in more detail some of the elements of the framework.
