Scrutiny of the Partnership
How we scrutinse the Oxfordshire Partnership.
The Oxfordshire County Council Strategy and Partnerships Scrutiny Committee has had the topic of the Oxfordshire Partnership (and its main outputs the Sustainable Community Strategy and the Local Area Agreement) included in its work programme for some time. In 2007 the Corporate Governance committee conducted a 'select committee style' session to review certain priorities in the Local Area Agreement. This briefing paper (.pdf format, 24Kb) sets out their how the review was done.
In 2009 the scrutiny committee was reviewed and renamed the Strategy and Partnerships Scrutiny Committee and is currently developing its workplan for reviewing partnership activity. Agendas and meeting papers for the scrutiny committee can be found on the county council website.
