Common Assessment Framework consultation
Government is seeking views.

Professionals involved in the assessment of a person's needs and their care planning are expected to be aware of that person's circumstances and preferences, so as to start from a common understanding. The government is seeking views on how to overcome information sharing obstacles so that a Common Assessment Framework (.pdf format, 236 Kb) (CAF) for adults can be successfully introduced. The consultation runs until 17 April 2009.
