LAA secondment opportunity

The Public Service Board has agreed to establish a post of Local Area Agreement Manager for two years, hosted by the county council and funded from LAA Reward Grant

In the first instance we are looking for a secondee or fixed term appointee to fill the post from one of the Oxfordshire Partnership partner organisations.

We are looking for an individual who is experienced in both partnership working and performance management, and who has excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills. The post will be in the salary range of £44,626 - £47,303. I have attached a job description and person specification. The closing date is Monday, 22 December and we hope to interview in the first or second week of the New Year.
